Shipping Conditions

Radix Nostra makes shipments by courier. The price of each shipment will depend on the weight of the package, the amount of purchase and the delivery destination.
Keep in mind that for delivery times to be met, the order must be placed before the cut-off time, 1:00 p.m. After that time, the order will be processed the next day.
It is essential to indicate your full name, address, email and telephone, so that the courier or Radix Nostra can contact you if necessary.
When placing the order, you will receive an email indicating its confirmation.
The countries or areas not indicated in the list of the shopping cart, you must request by mail (radixnostra@gmail.com) the cost of it. Once you have indicated the products you need, we will assess the weight and customs requirements and others of each area or country. We refer, for example, to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, United Kingdom, …

Delivery time and day

At the time of selecting the destination, the delivery time will be indicated. For example, deliveries to mainland Spain, Portugal and Andorra are made between 24-48 hours.
The transport company works from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time. The transport companies will be able to make the delivery throughout the agreed day before 20:00. However, an approximate schedule that the company will try to meet may be indicated, but it is not obligated. In the event that the customer is not present at the delivery location at that time, the transport company will attempt a second delivery agreed with him. If after the second attempt it is still not located, the customer should pick up the order at the transport company's facilities.
Parcel delivery may be delayed over the expected period due to customs issues (Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, United Kingdom).
Air or sea shipments may be delayed, for no fault of the carrier.

Peninsular Spain and Portugal: 1-2 days
Majorca: 24-72h
Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera: 48-96h
France: 2-3 days
Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands: 3-4 days
Austria and Denmark: 4-5 days
Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Czech Slovak Republic: 4-6 days
Finland, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland: 5-6 days

Not delivered orders

If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded. After 15 days it will be returned to Radix Nostra, again having to pay other shipping costs for the reshipment of the merchandise.
Responsibility in terms.
Liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather events that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air,...). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above may not apply.

Return policies

Radix Nostra products are of high quality. If your order does not correspond to the references you have received, you can return them within a period not exceeding 7 days from your order delivery date, as long as all your products remain with their original packaging and seal unbroken and all its accessories and in perfect condition.
The shipping costs in case of return, as well as the responsibility until it reaches our warehouse will be paid by the customer.
We cannot accept returns of products that do not come in their original packaging, unless they are defective due to some type of damage during shipping.
If you have received an erroneous product shipment, Radix Nostra will assume the return costs of the same and the correct shipment.
The return of defective products (broken) will be accepted and Radix Nostra will be responsible for all expenses. In this case, you must contact Radix Nostra within 24 hours of receipt indicating the deterioration with the corresponding photographs to: radixnostra@gmail.com. Remember to indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier when receiving the material.

Instructions for returning a product

To return a product, contact us by mail, indicating all the order data (name, order number, …) and the reason for the return, as well as a photograph/s of the product in case it has arrived in poor condition.
The shipment of the returned products must be made using the same Radix Nostra box or with a similar box, making sure that it guarantees the return in perfect condition. You must also add a copy of the delivery note.
Shipments in mainland Spain will be made through the NACEX company or similar logistics service with a transit time of 2 to 3 working days after payment is made, sending the material to the point where the customer requires.
